i dunno why everyone's suddenly giving out about 'chavs'. They've been the bane of city life in dublin for decades, only here they're called 'scangers' or 'tracker knackers'.
The reason there's so many of them is cos majority don't work so have all day to hang about riding each other and therefore multiplying at a rapid rate. kind of like rabbits or cockroaches
