lvl - you were correct. it took a bit of getting into, scarred up the side a little bit but i sanded it down and it's smooth like silk.

benfal was right to use 'is'
"the others", as a title, should be used as a singular. if he was talking about a group of movies, say, the "star wars" he would use 'are'. unless, of course, he called it the trilogy, in which case the correct verb tense would be 'is'.
