Well I tried a different direction this time. Tell me what you guys think.

much stronger than the previous versions...i think you can refine the type some more...the main nav in particular needs a bit more attention

somehow it sort of fades back for me...start with showing an on state for the current page to give it a little more attention, like a lighter blue bg or something...i think it's the size/face...there are several things going on with your type...it needs a tighter hierarchy

Im only using two typeface, shouldnt be so confusing. I think the type is pretty solid.

I'm liking it all except for the yellow on top. Maybe a cooler color to go with the rest of the layout.

AD, that was bothering me as well. I really dont like how the logo looks on that orange. The thing I do like about the top is that is a contrast of the blue.

the "apply now" is bothering me a bit tho. did you try bottom aligning it with the logo or something?
