Thanks for the info Liquid do you happen to know how much upkeep a Subchapter S takes? Anthony and I are pretty fucking lazy when it comes to the legal end of things, and if we will need to file minutes etc, etc, etc then I know we will probably go off the deep end. To be honest I don't know much about the difference between all of the Corp's but my friend (lawyer) recommended an LLC for this type of business, so did my accountant.
