Working in other countries

    I work in an ad agency in London and half of our studio - mostly the freelancers - are from Australia, America or South Africa and most of them are just passing through, working and traveling.

    Say I wanted to do the same around america or something; I thought you needed a visa and a work permit to accept money for working in another country, are they not the same thing?
