Ok so I made some changes. Let me know what you guys think. I have 2 options with different top areas.

Change the APPLY NOW look and location... menu is not workin.... otherwise it looks better :)

the layout is pretty week. You've basically changed a little from your first layout. The logo against the white bg is very stark. It overwhelms everything else.
The left site of the layout is so heavy compared to the right text part.
Still the graphic treatment of your layout doesn't match the logo, which is very nice btw.
I like the logo type treatment, not sure why you don't use the same typeface for the header fonts.
Also I really like the curve and sunburst image behind the house, those are elements you can use in your layout.
The light blue you used in the logo, would be a perfect bg color for this site. Maybe a big lighter.
You have to use your imagination more.

Thanks folks.
Some good feedback but I dont agree with the comments that the site doesnt have structure. I think it has a very simple and straight forward structure.
As for the comments about using the same typeface as the one in the logo, I dont want to do that. Simply because I want the logo to be its own thing, thats the whole point of a logo. If the logo blends in with the site then the logo is lost.
Im still working on the whole layout so maybe Ill post a new one soon.

It has structure, but is so light in color it seems like its floating.
It looks like a blog sute to me, not a real estate site.

it may help us visualize it if you put your jpeg in a browser shell.
i think it's pretty nice...but a little light meaning, nothing pops too much...playing it safe.
think outside jevads box! =)
