man, those pictures made me thirsty

we pushed boundaries and changed stuff to fit who we are. But the russian side of the family tends to be somewhat traditional (we only had odd numbers of flowers, I had a sixpence in my shoe, etc). I think it helped to add to the feeling. Nothing is wrong with traditional. It's lasted for a reason, but i'm glad we personalized where we did.

I don't know why I'm so against the traditional ceremony, dress, flowers, rings, etc. It just doesn't feel "me" I guess. I'm glad Chase understands.

babushka is the head scarf that babunyas (grandma's) wear (i have one :D). It's kinda like when i worked at the bank, we called Social Security check day "Blue Hair Day".
