does anyone remember keycaps or keyfinder from macos 9? i have been using art director's toolkit in X. but i just wondered if anyone had a better shareware or knew of a widget for dashboard that might work...

system prefs > international > input menu > click on character palette and keyboard viewer
a flag will show up in your menu(top right), click on it
