sounds alright to me. keep doing it. you ain't winning the dmc champs this year or nuthin but do your thing.

that static bass sound is fucking annoying, I'd use that sparingly and get something that people who are not speedballing acid and e's might appreciate.

Not big on the bass at all but it's a good mix as I can see. Wait, hear. As I can hear.
- joe_fritz0
sorry about the bass. it's just an influence from what i've been listening to a lot lately... DJ Rupture, Kid 606, Grimey shit.
Thanks for the feedback.

you desicrated the Wu. Thats not cool.
- joe_fritz0
not as bad as you desecrated the spelling of that word.
thanks for the feedback everyone, i'll work on something else.

Beats are good, lay off so many scratches and the yo-yo's. A little less speed on the tempo and. Make some down beat stuff, but you clearly have control of those truntables, that is if you're telling the truth. It's fairly easy to mix digitally these days with a number of tools.
Simple works, go for it.

hey Jazx, quick question.....
Besides Reason, what are some other good apps for creating drums?
- joe_fritz0
i honestly did this with turntables. that's the only reason i'm looking for critique. i've been mixing things with acid for a long time.
opiate - acid (though it's kind of looked down on) is really good for arranging drum samples into a beat. the only thing is finding drum samples to use. i have a lot to share if you need anything. also there is a good vst plug-in called battery that you can use with most higher-end recording programs.
jazx - thanks.
