friday night i called a buddy in vegas to lay a little bet down on a horse for the race. for shits n giggles. i no nothing about horses or the race. as he's naming the horses i tell him to STOP after he said "giacomo"
GIACOMO! isn't your last name giacomozi?!? (sp?) i took it as a sign and bet on it.
50 bucks. he said it was a dumb bet and it was 50 to 1 odds to boot. no chance of winning.
well, it pulled off one of the biggest upsets in the sport from what i'm told.
