All the big companies do this, and if you want to use their font for one of their jobs you have to buy a licence.
Some companies probably make more money selling fonts and artwork templates than they do selling their 'real' products!

I think as long as you could justify the use of comics sans extended to Audi with a bit of creative expression (bullshit), they'd probably go for it.
