Its a lil confusing i've never ever used cgi-bin so not to sure on most of it really.

it'd probably be easier to use hello with blogger.....hello also works with other bloggers ....and picasa I think has some tie in.....

i liked that foglog tho, it looked simple just needed some styling. and the tag feature was good too.
ive been searching all night for something similar with a keyword/tag feature and got nothing.
any others for photos?
