I have a client that is pestering me about their rankings in Google
The first thing I told them was give me the content so I can finish you site so we can actually see where you come up. :-P
BUT........I don't want to be responsible for this....and contractually I am not.... what is a good SEO company that you have had experience with that could help this company in their pursuit of page 1.
I realize SEO is complicated and there are no guarantees .... but have any of you had decent experiences....and not the web topper gold type stuff.....I mean legitimate companies...

natural rankings on google will normally mean the SEO controlling the design and content of many pages, however if you have just finished or nearly completed it you should look at Pay Per Click policies such as google ad words

We use stepforth (http://www.stepforth.com, it think?) for our larger clients with 1,000 + pages really nice guys and they are on point about the whole SEO game. Pricing is middle of the road but they offer guarantees about ranking and will also offer support contracts.

The site is 15 pages and brochureware...... not dynamically generated, etc.

is there a way of getting a flash site further up... for example... I have a site that has indivual stories but through one flash engine... is there a way of getting google etc. to index them?

linking, site map, builda footer and have links to all the pages and then to a site map behind it. When you get links from other site see if they will link to an internal page.

Yo I have a client that will probably pay to figure out how to get their search engine listing raised..... or figure out how to get it further up the list....
Do you have any suggestions?
