hello,
new here. had a question hopefully someone can help me out.
i'm trying to create a large number of slices from guides in Illustrator CS.
when i create the slices they aren't accurate.
the slices don't match up with the guides i have in place.is there a way to fix this?
thanks,
steve

activate smart guides, lot easier to work

and also, check that guides are exactly on the right coordinates:
unlock guides, then click on one, then check the X and Y coordinates in "transform" window

i always have trouble with slices, i found that they snap every few quarters of a millimeter or something, which never allows you to be accurate...
whoever knows the solution to this (if there is one) would make my life a lot easier...

ah yes might be that too
its always 99,9998 mm or 100,0001 mm in illy

Smart Guides kick ass. I usually have them on when I work.

thanks everyone!
i think the snap problem tierdot mentioned is the problem.
turns out i don't have to be 100% accurate though.
thanks again.
