Took the plunge Sunday and broke out the bling bling on the girlfriend.

february 14 i proposed to my girlfriend. i thought she was going to have a heart attack cuz i've sworn for years i'd never get married.
we are getting married this november 5th

I went through it 6 years ago - it was very easy because we have very similar tastes, That made it really easy to suprise her.

I surprised the hell out of her.
We went to the park for a picnic (She thought it was her idea). She started reading a book and I took out my sketch book. I started drawing her while she was reading. After a while she sat up and I handed her the sketch book. Under the drawing I had written out, "Will you marry me?".

yep, I just bought a 1.6 c diamond. I found one online first and it was a great price, you know, not too good. But when I got it, it looked like crap - even though it was certified! Luckly it had a good return policy. I ended up paying more to get one locally - but man was it worth it!
