I was trying to hunt down that 1957 issue of print with Brockmann, Hoffman, Rand, Ruder Vivarelli and other swiss designers in their Print Mag archives but I can't find it!

I was in Toronto last weekend and went to one on College St., corner of Clinton, Called Balfour Books, which had very inexpensive books, rare ones, ok selection of graphic design but great selection of architecture books. It was on the south side of the street, close by Cafe Diplomatico.
