Actually I have one.
Casiotone VL-1
my dad gave it to me when I was little, found it the other day and it's producing some great cheap sounds.

I have a Roland Alpha JUNO. Pretty old but I love it.

My buddy and I have a Korg Triton and a Nord Modular Lead. However, with the advent of soft snyths, we generally just use an Oxygen MIDI and connect to our computer or line the thing into a hardware Vocoder and play our voices. You can slave the thing so that it's in perfect harmony etc. Otherwise, just import whatever you did into a sequencer, ala' Ableton and change your pitch to match perfectly, same with tempo (Propellerheads' ReCycle as well).
Voila!
