any of you lovely people come across a nasty juddering or stepping when panning up / down / left or right across a still image in after effects. any way of getting rid of it? tried a touch of motion blur but with no joy. any thoughts?

use the velocity graphs to smooth the motions
ease in ease out?

and also make sure you have the 'quality' tickmark checked above the timeline (it's the dotted diagonal line that changes to a smooth line)
