yah graf, its pretty sweet... clayton/frederick... just like 8 blocks from where i am now... but muuuch better location... as i am off haight and still close to cole valley.
small studio with hardwood floors, small kitchen, clean bathroom... lots of light... my own private staircase...
exactly what i wanted.. and + its a month-to-month lease... so i'm not tied down.
