i say rip
the outline of the steak is too similar, theirs does have more added detail and all but its still based on the same shape and concept (you didnt work on a clip art right) and too much to be counted as inspiration
just email them and let us know what they reply, maybe some of their designers ripped it and the people printing dont know about it
