End of Firefox?

I'm starting to see more and more streaming TV services launching. One being MTV's Overdrive http://www.mtv.com in which they stream video via window media only. Given this, I don't think firefox is compliant which is why it gives an error if you try to experience Overdrive with firefox. This is not the only place I've seen this happen. Any thoughts?

Last time i moved i got rid of my TV because i never watch it. I got a free projector so i just project stuff from my computer onto my wall.
I watch the HBO stuff via netflix, but otherwise I don't miss TV programming AT ALL.
My life would be greatly improved if i could watch more stuff online.
the daily show clips and random movie trailers are pretty much all i've got.
so, yeah, i care about this kind of stuff.

Yes, but FF can't play windows media on top of an SWF and still be able to have flash talk to the video(control it).
I never claimed just the WMV files couldnt play in FF.
