Just a monday morning idea - Autotrader is pretty much established as the leading used car advertising website in the UK. They have about 300,000+ cars at the moment.
Do you think Autotrader is a good website? i.e. good for it's purpose, usability.
Do you think a new startup could compete with Autotrader?

niech market, they've been going years, not a bad site could do with some rework, there's always space for some competition mind..
and it's a decent place to dump your old rust boxes too.

their is room for competition in the market but the biggest hurdle would be competing with the autotrader brand, which as said has been going years and rolls of the tongue when you mention used cars.

when you post a car for sale on autotrader, do they have a section where you can print out a for sale sticker for your car with specs and price? i remember doing that a long time ago with a website. i thought that was pretty useful.
