How do I go about learning illustrations and getting to use illustrator, now that I own a scanner I could transfer some of my pathetic drawings to the pc, but who knows some good tutz to get some nice work done from paper to illustrator to the market!

you can do illustrations anywhere and you can do in illustrator anything (rather bad naming just like Photoshop)
The most important thing about illustration is to develop a personal style, tutorials will only have a negative effect on this process (forcing workflow and style). If you're all new to vectors but are attracted by the style aspects of the technique the best way to go is to read the manual. But in practice you can already do what you might want to do in illustrator, just in Photoshop or on some paper with paint, illustrator is only supposed to make it easier.
pfff so much rambling, but i liked how the word nubie looked

One thing I can do is play SOCOM II, I had to call the not mvp's something at the end of the round, and noob was getting old.
I was wondering, how can I standardize my style, like remember it for the next drawing.

well, im a copy cat ninja, I can remix designs, but I've only used ps so far, flash is too brain straining, and illustrator is just wierd, I don't get how shit can be outside the marked box in the first place.
