what if you took a beer can, drank the beer and filled the can with bourbon?

(Jun 17 05, 12:15)interesting, well you could dilute the bourbon or wine concoction. Let say you take 1/4 bourbon and the rest lemon, mango or cranberry juice and then did it. might be good chicken goes with everything. Bourbon alone, shit call the Bomb Squad

I'm old fashioned when it comes to the method. Plain jane charcoal brickettes that eventually turn to ash and they can't be on fire either, just sitting and roasting after lighting them 25 minutes before hand.

found a new marinade for chicken that rocks. Drop some breasts into a bigg ziplock with ranch dressing and italian dressing and some red wine vinegar...let sit for a full day, toss on the Q.
I've also been marinating red peppers, red onions and mushrooms in balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar and olive oil...onto the BBQ...tasty!
