stuff rosemary in the beer.
stuff can of beer up chickens ass and stand up right on beer.
as beer gets hot is overflows and seasons the chicken.

corn (soak em up in water for 30 min, wrap em up in alminum foil, place on the grill, yum!)
zuccini (slice them up, then marinate with olive oil and garlic or garlic powder as well as pinch of salt , grill - so so so yummy).

as far as smoking food goes, i purchased a pretty large smoker last year and have entered a couple bbq contests with my friends. mainly just a a good reason to stay up for days on end drinking your face off.
anybody need tips on smoking concerning times, wood, how to, for shoulders & ribs holla!

Yeah What Rand said, but soak/brine it in a honey, maple syrup, kosher salt, bay leaves mixture a day before hand.
