i think apple builds in obsolescence somewhere... it runs like ASS nowadays..
It really seems like it. Mine used to run a lot better and now has problems viewing HTML pages in a browser. That doesn't make any sense.

it's just one of those things you couldn't really prove without a time machine... but most apples I have come across have this problem...
maybe you could prove it by buying 2, and never using one? and then comparing clean systeem speeds on a used and unused machine

I am probably going to get a 1ghz for $200. Maybe besides being low end the old one is just getting worn out.
