I'd venture to say that Space Raiders always pushed the boat out when it comes to Pickled Onion flavour, zapped your tongue like no other.
Also American Quarterbacks were great, cheeseburger flavour! Imagine that...The crisp equivalent of concorde I fancy.

I know the hedgehog crisps of which you speak para, used to get them in my packed lunch.
Cheese and Onion puffs were always a winner, salt and viniger chip sticks, and spicy toms were good too.

not a bad idea, you could import them fairly cheap, at least in the USA you can and get them from each country. Simba chips from South Africa are great and have unique and interesting flavors, like Chutney, Ox-Tail etc.
