yeah i kind of need the information on there. and spending to get it back would save me from having to take two classes again.
yep, i sure did learn my lesson. never backed anything up because i never had money to do so. so yeah, i would like some links if possible to some people that do a good job.

I just burn my stuff to CDs or DVDs every few weeks.

For anyone out there who has an iPod (which I'm going to assume is many of us), I've found that this is an incredibly handy little app:

It goes without saying that iPod drives can fail, too, but this is a good option to use between more comprehensive backups.

what the data retrieving people can do is actually take your hd apart and read the data off of it themselves. so even if you have a carbon brush fail or something scratch they can still get your junk out...but it is expensive...

i know how they do it, and yeah i didnt have enough money to buy cdr's dvdr's but now i guess i have to find money for it.
