Gee that, um. that sounds so wrong!
The main problem, as I see it, is to actually have everybody there. It would totally suck if only like 70% showed up.

I went to my ten year reunion. It was depressing. i showed up at 7:00 pm thinking I was early. Most people had already left becuase they brought the kids and had to get them to bed. The ones that were left i think are the real reason people left. All extremly drunk going on about how they hate their life and how high school was the best of times. Well High school was a blast, but my life is getting better all the time. Anywho... by 12 there was only 4 of us left.

Oh my, that's really sad. It's gonna be probably the last time you see some of these people and I'd hate to have it as my last memory of a class I loved. (and inspite of the fact that I like my life today, the high school days were the best, really)

i'm being forced to buy a $45 ticket, not thats it's too much or anything, but with the school i came from, i can't help but think that someone is profiting off this

leah: I went to school in sooke... so that should tell you what my reunion was like.
Jox, if you have not seen too many people since I would say do it. Just to satisfy curiosity or have an excuse to let loose. I have kept in touch with the small handful of people that I still relate too, so I had low expectations going in.

I most definitely will! It's gonna be super-fun to see how everyone's doing and what they work with. We had this one kid who kept bragging about his dad and how he "owned tons of restaurants" when, in fact, he carried a falaffel cart all day. I can't wait to see if he followed his footsteps!
