For those wanting some info. The decks are clear coated twice, with thiin layer so that it doesnt add weight, but protects the vinyl a bit. Will withstand a rail sllide.... probably not..
But just some info for you guys.

We are in the process of testing out using really think clear coat, like what is being used in automotive finishes... the only problem is weight... will add a bit to it..

why is weight a problem when people more than likely aren't going to skate them?

just an idea, don't use stickers, seems like a step back in the field of production?
if you have the vinyl cutter available wont don't you use them as a stencil and paint them?
again just an idea.
it's cool you got your thing going though, i just don't see it being a long lasting profitable venture,
but what do i know you could be getting the decks for 5 bucks apiece with volume and i know hopw cheap vinyl sticker rolls are, if you are using a cutter onluy not a plotter/cutter, those are pretty inexpensive as well
