I'm looking for a pic of the color bars you see on tv, but its not this kind
im looking for the ones with a circle in the middle, know what im talking about?

I think that depends on what your printer requires. It's not a necessity other than to make sure the colours are printing correctly.
Most of the printers I send stuff to send back a colour proof with bars that they've put on themselves.

@tymeframe - leave them off. Some printers have their own colour bars that work with automated registration and color density machinery.
