I'll be starting a new gig soon and they offer a SEPP plan instead of a 401K. Has anyone come across this type of situation in their previous or current employment?
I will most likely roll my current 401 into an IRA and go from there. Just looking for some inside info on this type of retirement plan.
Thanks,
Brad

It's basically an employer funded IRA.

From what little I've researched it sounds like they hand you a percent sum and you go investing on your own.
