I've converted an old quark file into indesign and sent it to print digitally. However, when printed the colours are really different from the original quark job.... Any suggestions?

you might need to cross reference the CMYK values. It sometimes converts them.
Also try re importing with all Colour management turned off.

Are the colors pms? If so, I have run into issues with PMS and digital printing where the colours go to hell in a handbasket, especially on the copy. Also, try making a pdf out the file. Or, you can even save the oroginal quark file out as an .eps, open it in AI, then import into InDesign. I hope this helps.

Thanks muchos. Ill give that a try.
The main problem I'm having is with the images in the document. They seem to be coming out loads darker and more saturated than they were in the quark print out...
