Who else gets that freaky thing where your hearing speeds up.
I get it from time to time where everything is quiet and then suddenly when people speak they are going really fast.
Whats the name of this freaky thing?

i would say it is drug induced or that it is a mental anomaly as you are referring to the speed of time changing
it most likely has to do with your ability to process sthe sound as it enters your ear

No drugs involved...
It usually kicks in after its all quiet for ages, like half a day when I'm home alone and have heard no TV or music or anything, then suddenly it kicks in and everything is really quick.
When people talk its like they're not taking a breath, the toilet flushing sounds faster even me walking down the hall way sounds faster even tho everything is the same.
I just want a name for this so i can google it and read up on what ever is wrong with me.
