InDesign help!!

Hi all... need a little help with InDesign, not too sure how to use it and a client has supplied some artwork in it!!
We have InDesign in OSX but need to use the document in our Quark which uses OS9 (still in the darkages) !
Is there a way to backsave blar blar, blar!

We changed from quark to indesign and a PDF based workflow about a year ago.
We no longer mess about amending half-done quark files with missing pictures, fonts etc.
We tell them to get the artwork finished and supply a Press ready PDF.
It's speeded up workflow - so I now have time to pass on my wisdom on NT!

Export to PDF (print or Press setting) and as long as you have at least Quark 4.1 with the PDF Xtension all should be beautiful.
You just ad the PDF into Quark as an image, hey presto.
As soon as you can move over to an Adobe workflow, you won't look back.
