Everything except the buttons is very good. Could you possibly change the buttons to be pieces of paper lying on the table, perhaps with a bit of a curled edge or something?
Oh, and you absolutely should change the background of the Philosophy section to one of the wall board or blackboard sections used elsewhere. I really like those sections.
The Phil. section just seems like it's unfinished.Really slick, nice work and with better buttons it's going to look really nice. :)

Also, whatever you do with the buttons, fix the font. My least favorite thing about Flash has always been how the edges of fonts blur a bit and are not nice and crisp.

One more thing...
the white preloader background in the Cases section is off in color from the white board behind it. Would maybe look a little better if it was just the loader on the background.
Man, I really like what you've done. The person, the 3D aspects of him holding the boards, the little black shape that appears on the table top, they all lend a really nice lifelike feel to the site.

I disagree with the philo. its like a powerpoint presentation (and that is borring!)
Maybe I need to look at the buttons again... but I dont want to pixelfonts on this site!

but if it's representing a PowerPoint slideshow (which I sort of thought it was) it would rule if you could make it look like it was being displayed on the wall on a white screen from a projector. Slide a projector onto the table and make it look like it's displaying as a presentation.
That would be hot.
