WTF is with the influx of silly font queries this week..
PVN is littered with people asking to font ID custom typeset logos.. didn't any of you's learn typography at school?
make yer own logotypes already >:(

Well honestly, they'll never go away, I just think for many reasons typophile is a good place to send someone with a type question, especially regarding custom/altered faces..

How about those "designers" with a one page web site with a rollover that changes color and connects you to Gmail. I hate that.

oh i'm sorry Don.. i'm too busy designing *quality* logos and such to be bothered maintaining a website... got my next 6 months booked solid for work.
infact it looks as though your mark needs some help.. can i pencil you in for a logo makeover next October.

I hope you built your computer from scratch, and wrote your OS / Design software to do that too!!
And if you are going to do it in the traditional way, you might as well create your own graphite for pencils and melt plastic for rulers..

umm no.. i don't claim to be a computer tech so why would i build my computer?
but if i say i'm a designer, i should be able to figure out that a logo.. for example, Spruce Magazine, is something more involved than just DLing a font and typing S_p_r_u_c_e
keep chewing at me, i don't mind.
