nope, i think the second one is a helvetica rounded ... I've seen the first one before, but can't recall it's name

all same typeface just different weight (-> n not helvetica), which remind me of Triplex and Bebop but some aspects are closer to a cooperate sans, rounding may be custom
could be one of the better free types that steal bits and pieces from everywhere

No, the Royal Mail typeface is called 'Chevin'.

hmmmm, that second link you posted looks a lot like Inspira developed specifically for GE at http://www.ge.com
they were letting it lose for free, I have it. I guess giving it to people is ok, since they were making it available as freeware. Smart marketing actually, make a nice font and then let it loose to designers.
