Lets say you signed a confidentiality agreement to take an exam to show you could do the work. You produce some great pieces but regardless the situation you don't get the job.
Are you allowed to use the work to apply for other Jobs regardless?

I hope the contract said they won't use it for anything, haha. And I guess as long as nothing you signed says you CAN'T use it, then go ahead and use it.

unless they gave you anything to include [code, graphics] then i would believe the answer to be no

as long as it doesn't jearpordize their work or properties... its yours for the showing.

an nda for that? if they didn't pay for it then they don't own it.
