hi all,
next monday will be the first day in my sweet new job: art director. as this will be my very first design job where i won't be doing that much design and production myself (i will be contracting outside design agencies), if any of you NT folks have tips or comments that would really be helpful.

congrats man..
i just got my art director position back in mid january and have been loving every minute of it..
the thing is.. even though the position title is the same.. you'll probably be doing things so much differently than i am..
personally.. i'm doing all of the actual production work, which i love, but then.. i don't have to report to anyone / get it approved.. so i'm sort of feeling like i'm contracting to someone who said "i'm comfortable with whatever you do" and left to have fun with it..
anyway.. i'm sure it'll be different for you.. but it is what you make of it..
