I've always heard that it is better for your eyes to work on the computer in dim or no lighting.
Anyone know if this is correct?

i always shut the lights off and someone always puts it back on, and they dont even work in this room!!!

I just saw a truth or fiction documentary... they said it doesnt matter if you read in the dark or work on the computer in the dark. Its all the same to your eyes. You arent going to damage them, just tire them out a bit easier. Somewthing to do with not blinking as much...

my lights are equipped with a clapper. when i'm making that sweet love with Peter Frampton's "Do You Feel Like I Do" playin' on the hi-fi, live version of course, I always hold out until the end when the crowd starts cheering. the claps activate the clapper making the light flick on and off really fast which makes it look like i'm fucking at 250 mph.
