hi
in illustrator, when trying to blur things, it becomes somewhat pixelated from time to time.
when i rasterize the vector and then blur it, theres a faint black line on the edge.whats the correct procedure conquer this shizzle?

copy yr vector, open photoshop, create a new document [it will be the right dims] paste in as pixels. use the crop tool to make it bigger and allow for the blur moving outwards. use gaussian blur.save as pas and import into illustrator.phew :)

i think you just need to make the vector shape bigger, then it wouldnt pixelate..
i dont know.. seems to be working.

you can change the DPI that illustrator does raster effects at. that might work.
