yea I never really noticed Flash disappearing in the first place...

I think flash is moving into a new stage. People are no longer wowed by it, sick of load times. I think it is now becoming a more integrated part of the web instead of being the big WOW.

yea. youve noticed FLASHy sites dissapearing, and dynamic amazing non-flash looking sites showing up, that are all XML and PHP based.. "smart" sites, which are still flash

people are starting to design smarter using flash. a different approach from eyecandy flashy sites.

we had someone wanting a non-flash site like something we had recently done... and I had to tell them actually it is flash...
so go fugure

one word has reduced the amount of flash we see on corporate and product sites .....
.... accessibility!
most of our clients are after w3c compliant sites so they are compliant with the law and the deaf, dumb, blind, physically and mentally impaired can read the website.
wee flash pockets or areas can be used but the whole site cant be built in flash.
