Hi, my client has my pantone book and I need to send a job to print tonight! Can anyone tell me the CMYK value for these colours: Pantone Warm grey 2, 5 and 10 (uncoated) going to uncoated stock (splendorgel 120 gsm)
thanks guys

if you're in illustrator why not just convert the PMS color to CMYK in the colors pallete?

Call your printer have him do a test file with the converted colors. The printer can sometimes come closer than the standard conversion.
P.S. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Quark can convert those values for you.

Here's the conversion. Proof it before you print it.
2 = 15/12/10/0
5 = 35/27/26/0
10 = 54/45/41/7

Thanks guys, but I'm not looking for an illustrator conversion, I;;, pShop or InDesign just approximate - I'm looking for someone with a pantone to CMYK book with predictible results...anyone have one?

warm grey 5: 0, 8, 13, 36
warm grey 10: 0, 20, 28, 66Hope this helps

Hey peeps! This might be a dumb question, but I don't have any of my books with me and need to send a file tonight. What would be a good match for a red like this: 0-100-100-0? Again, sorry, it is late and I miss my books :(
