nice clean easy
i wonder about the over use of the alpha function but the floor plans are slick

bleach effect far to overused... and doesn't go with the site

all this is: imo
overall: looks nice
but:a) too much flash effects going on, same as that effect you use for the buttons, it's not functional / doesn't contribute to the concept.
b) the photography doesn't life up to the name luxury at all. seriously. that's cheap photography you see in cheap catalogues.
c) two different preloaders
d) unclear how to get back when you look at a zoomed image
e) i find the top menu + title + white unbalanced in comparison with the rest.

Unfortonately I have no control over the photography and Ive actually taken the best of a very bad bunch.

the box preloader is def. better. fits the site.
odd though (about the photography) does the client actually know what luxury means?
do they try to communicate to people with cash or just your average tourist and try to get them aboard by saying they're luxury but they're actually not?

the photo's in the top buttons are not appealing because the colors are somewhat desaturated in the default state. They should be nice and bright. So i'd look for another rollOver function

However they arent willing to shell out for a professional photographer so I have to work with what Ive been given.
They are very happy with the site tho.Shame tho - site looked better with stock photography I had in as place holders earlier...
Ive built the XML weather box to actually tint the sky background depending on time of day over there and when sunset occurs - Im sure the client hasnt actually realised !

that's very cool what you did with the weather.
anyways, people with cash seriously won't dig this because the photography is cheap, they won't book. in my experience ofcourse. you tried explaining that to them? it's an investment what will pay itself back.
have you ever seen luxury products or services that are presented by cheap photography and/or on cheap brochures?

Flight and Car hire, look a bit tacky with the logos in the layout.
Over all, looks good.
