when does it ship?

I wanted Image Ready and Photoshop integrated into one app with multiple modules and interface/workflow choices you can switch on as needed. So you get exactly the functionality and workflow you need without having to switch beteen the two apps all the time just to use one feature. I asked Adobe support, they say they cant do that without total rewrite....damn.

shit....only $349 for an upgrade from Standard.....$200 less then last time.....nice.

Adobe Bridge is not as fast as ACDSee7 that was major complaint and it never got fixed.
- setsolid0
ACDSee was design by programmers who view porn at work... i don't think you can beat that... in terms of speed.

i wonder how they're gonna make money when there's nothing else to add.
- ingolfr0
in may, i think.
- toastie0
what features would you like to have seen in this release that are not there?
- ingolfr0
oh great its here.
- jpowell0
don't they still need to add 64 bit support?
the psd layer feature looks great for files linked to inDesign and illustrator files. and yes, the "streamline" feature should be slick as well.

still no asp support in GoLive? i'm appalled!

I hate the fact that my work sends my artwork to get printed in asia. They are still on pshop 6 and illy 9 or 10 and you'd be lucky to find somebody that knows quark or indesign. And even if they have indesign, they only have v2.0 and not CS. sumnamabitch! The last thing I want to do now is upgrade. Other than that, its cool!
- dopepope0
toastie, there's so much to add!
- spiralstarez0
people actually use GoLive?
- toastie0
like what, joe?
- jimeeboy510
Blah...it seems like it should be an update to CS. I'm not entirely sold yet, because CS is pretty damn sweet already.
- vburo0
does it have a "swoosh" button?
and what about the "magic rainbow" tool...
- toastie0
no, but seriously. id like to know.
