there is nothing hilarious here... nothing at all. The lack of reverence is not only in the lack of taste, but quite profoundly disgusting. Why do you people act this way?
Would you be the same if your mother had just died and everyone was making videos of her or cracking jokes about her while you sat there reading every thread? Please... if you have an ounce of human dignity... have respect for not only the Pope, but for anyone that has just passed away.

i think things are getting a little out of hand here folks. The pope has passed away - yes thats very sad but not a lot of folk really care - well I don't anyway! I bet you wouldn't care so much is someone living on your street passed away - you would think yeah its sad but that would be it - just for that split second! The media just do my head in and rub it all in our faces!! thats sad as well!
Anyway I'm sending my apologies to Gruntt as he is a nice guy :) but you would slag of my bf website - you know you stick up for your own kind! ;P
Anyway chaps and chappesses - thats all I'm going to say on the subject and yes I am going to hell but I kinda knew that already!

-----------------------Get out a little will ya... I'm sure you're bound to run into one of the 1billon+ catholics who do care (including myself). The Pope died yesterday for that split second, and I still care. His funeral will be on Thursday, and guess what... things will be the same... the same for the 1billion+ too. As for my neighbor dieing, that is where we differ yet again... the respect for human life is not your "t-shirt of the moment".

couldnt agree more Yars. I popped into my local Cathedral yesterday and it was pretty moving. I guess I just feel sorry for people who are so sinical, it must be difficult to take anything seriously.

MATE SHOVE IT YOURSELF, I'M NOT PARTICULARLY RELigious, but I just find it strange that people who aren't in anyway religious deem it nessesary to tell everyone else where to go. Seems to me your castigating something that you do yourself, i.e. Telling people how to live their lives.
He had some good points and some bad, but on the whole he was a decent bloke who did a lot of good for the world. For that he gets my respect.
