Excel to XML?

  I have an Excel spreadsheet with four columns of data... I work on a Mac, and I would love to be able to convert this to XML to pull into Flash without having to retype/reformat myself.

  I found this product XML Fox (http://www.xmlfox.com/download... but seems to require a Windows OS. Does anyone know of a converter/editor/tool that I could use?
