Anyone know how to make a screen caputer on OSX while a DVD movie is playing? I already tried the apple, shift 3 and 4 thing, but it left a solid black result. Would like to know asap, thanks.

I had a nightmare with this only the other day - in the end the only thing that worked on OSX was a normal shift-apple-3 when playing the .vob files through VLC... it's something to do with hardware v's software decoding, apparently.
