I have been trying to find the form online and more information about "Doing business as" forms. Does anyone knows what im talking about?

There is a form you have to fill out, very simple and it is called "Doing Business as" or something like that.

LOL, yeah I saw that site already and it is a RIP OFF, it costs 15 bucks if you do it directly in your county. they want to charge more than 100 bucks for doing it for you???
